| Applicability To | It is mandatory for the below mentioned establishments
to remit contributions as per the Karnataka Labour Welfare Fund, Act 1965. Compulsory contributions has to be paid by all factories, plantations, workshops, motor, omnibus services and shops and commercial establishments employing more than 50 workers, charitable trusts, societies registered under Karnataka Societies Registration Act, 1960, etc. |
